En el nostre studio creiem en el poder transformador del yoga i en la importància d’una formació autèntica i ben guiada. Honorem la tradició i el coneixement ancestral, i per això oferim retreats arreu del món, oberts a totes les persones, independentment del seu nivell o experiència.

Són espais de connexió, pràctica i benestar en llocs inspiradors. També organitzem formacions de professors (Teacher Trainings) certificades per Yoga Alliance (200h), pensades tant per a qui vol aprofundir en la seva pràctica i comprensió del yoga, com per a qui sent la crida a ensenyar i compartir des d’un lloc conscient i preparat.
